DEMOCRACY

DICTATORSHIP

DYNASTY

(November 2, 1755 - October 16, 1793)

Marie Antoinette was the last Queen of France who was

married to Louis XVI. Marie Antoinette's early life was being

a pawn between the allies of France and Austria during the

Seven Years' War. Eventually, Marie Antoinette sided with

France and married Louis XVI. Antoinette's royalty wouldn't

last long through her life as French citizens began an upriser

against the tyranny of Louis XVI, which sparked the French

Revolution. The French Revolution was the bloodiest in

France's history thanks to its infamous execution method,

the guillotine. During the revolution, Antoinette would

bring the famous quote "Let them eat cake." Antoinette's

life ended when she was executed by the guillotine in 1793.
