(May 19, 1890 - September 2, 1969)
Ho Chi Minh is a Vietnamese revolutionary and politician
of North Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh would become the
founder of a communist group called the Indochinese
Communist Party (PCI) and supported the ideology of
communism, similar to famous figures such as Lenin,
Zedong, Stalin, and many more. Ho Chi Minh would lead a
revolution against France in the First Indochina War.
Additionally, Ho Chi Minh would play a bigger role in the
Cold War, specifically the Vietnam War, which was fought
between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. The leadership of
Ho Chi Minh would bring victory to North Vietnam and
combine South Vietnam to be one nation as of today.
